I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered a stunning city view from the 9th floor. The bed was incredibly cozy, making it hard to leave in the morning. While the room looked a bit dated and could benefit from a makeover, the overall experience was fantastic with top-notch service and delicious meals.

I had a cozy room with a balcony overlooking the Brisbane Botanical Gardens; the queen beds were big and comfortable, and the red teddy bears added a lovely touch. It was quiet and peaceful, but the bathroom was a bit old and small.

The rooms were clean, new, and had everything we needed for relaxing river walks. The service was top-notch, with friendly and efficient staff, making us feel right at home. The proximity to the Botanical Gardens and Queen St Mall made exploring the city a breeze. The dining experience, especially being opposite the botanical gardens, was fantastic. I didn't have a chance to try the pool, but everything else was just perfect.

Upon arrival, our rooms were ready for check-in before noon, but they were very small for a five-day stay and not up to a four-star standard. The hotel needed some refurbishment, especially including a smart TV. However, the location, near attractions like the Skytower, The Westin, and Marriot hotels, was fantastic, with easy access to the CBD and the beautiful botanical gardens across the road.
